The brief
A damp, mould and leak specialist needed more than a website. It needed a way to be found across a competitive London market, and a system that could carry every enquiry through to a paid invoice without anything slipping. This is also the system we use to prove our own playbook before we deploy it for other clients, so it had to be the real thing, not a demo.
What we built
We treated it as one connected machine rather than a list of services:
- A fast, conversion-focused website with clear service pages for damp investigation, leak detection, mould inspection, remediation and property managers.
- 33 local landing pages, one per borough, each built to convert searches in that specific area rather than relying on one generic homepage.
- An automated enquiry-to-invoice pipeline: a new enquiry flows through lead, quote, scheduled job, invoice and inspection report, with the follow-ups handled automatically.
- Google Ads built around real buyer intent, with disciplined negative-keyword lists so the budget only chases work worth winning.
- A verified Google Business Profile carrying genuine 5-star reviews, with review requests automated so reputation compounds.
- The AI search groundwork, schema, a consistent business identity and crawlable content, so the same firm shows up as the new AI engines start answering.
Why it matters
Most agencies hand a small business a website and walk away. The enquiries that do come in then leak out through slow follow-up and manual admin. We close that gap. The same thinking, be found everywhere your buyers look, then convert and compound, is exactly what we bring to every engagement.
The takeaway
A great site is the start, not the finish. Visibility across Google, paid and AI search, joined to a system that actually converts and follows up, is what turns a brochure into a booking machine. That is the engine we build.
